Create viewpoint

https://api.bimtrackapp.co/v3/hubs//projects//issues//viewpoints

This method allows you to create a viewpoint, optionally with an image. If an image is provided, the first part of the body should have an application/json Content-Type while the second should have an image type (jpeg,png,gif).
* ViewType is the minimum required info in order to create viewpoint. Possible values: "None", "TwoD" and "ThreeD".
